Workshops

From time to time Saturday or Sunday morning workshops or master classes are held for those students who wish to delve deeper into their yoga practice. Sessions normally last between
2½ and 3 hours giving more time for a full asana practice, Pranayama, Meditation and/or Yoga Nidra. These extended sessions also offer the opportunity for group discussion and will often have a specified theme. 

Once a month, usually on a Friday evening (7.30pm-9.00pm) I teach a ‘peaceful’ yoga practice where we spend time on gentle asana and breathing, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. This is a perfect way to de-stress at the end of a busy week.

Workshops and Friday evening sessions are usually held at Rushall or Upavon Village Halls.
